Chronic back pain is a major health crisis with significant impacts on individuals and economies. In the US, managing and treating back pain costs more than cancer and heart disease combined. Around 80% of adults experience back pain at some point in their lives, highlighting its widespread reach. Current solutions for back pain often involve invasive procedures or provide temporary relief without addressing the root cause. To address this, we're developing an innovative platform based on 'The Mindbody Prescription'. Our platform focuses on mindbody medicine and offers an interactive course to help users understand the connection between their mind and body, empowering them to alleviate their pain. Our platform also includes an AI coach that guides users through their healing journey, providing personalized advice and support. This AI assistance mimics human interaction, offering real-time feedback. We recognize the importance of community support, so our platform incorporates a community space where users can share stories, learn from others, and build a network of support. By merging health education and technology, our platform represents a significant advancement in chronic pain management. Our vision is to make mindbody approaches accessible to everyone, transforming how we perceive and manage chronic pain.
