LAIbles part of Workdocs Viewer (pronounced Labels) is an app for categorising, with AI-generated labels, monday.com workdocs to make it easier to search for monday workdocs across your monday workspace and instance. With this app we are aiming to help reduce the time spent by the average knowledge worker looking for information as they work. We used Langchain and Open AI to generate relevant labels for a user to select from. These labels are based on the content of the workdocs. Users can also manually input labels if they want a more bespoke label for categorising their workdocs. Once selected, labels are appended to the workdoc. The user can then click on any of these labels to begin a search for other docs with the same label. The main aim of our project is to help the user of management systems like monday.com to identify issues in his working processes and provide suggestions how to fix it. To do this, we have created our own api server that collects data about the tasks and working hours of each employee from Monday.com boards. Then the server analyses the collected data, finds possible errors and anomalies. The list of possible issues can be extended in the future. Then we send the results of the analysis to the GP chat and ask him to describe the problem in natural language, draw conclusions and provide possible solutions to the problem. This tool allows users to customize a fictional character as per their imagination, they can customize their character's ethnicity, gender/sex, age, and profession. These characteristics will be used to generate a cartoon portrait of a person with those traits with mid journey's text-to-image generation. These characteristics will also be used to generate a persona for a chatbot that the user can interact with and talk to their imaginary character. The project consists of two components, a web app that is built using NextJs which uses midjourney/stable diffusion to generate the cartoon portrait. 2nd part consists of a langchain backend server that provides the functionality for the chatbot which modifies itself according to the user's generated persona for the portrait. The personality traits are sent as parameters to the chat backend and then passed to a prompt for gpt powered chatbot, thus enabling seamless chat functionality. The sole idea behind the project is to launch an NFT collection with cartoon portraits with whom users can talk to. This project is a basic proof of concept for the ultimate goal. Right now we have developed a mechanism for users to interact with their art described along with their personality traits.

The application directly connects to the item on your board, from where it retrieves the PDF document. This document is processed to extract and clean the text for better understanding by the system. Once the text is extracted, embeddings of the text are obtained using the gpt-3.5 model and saved in a similarity search library.
