Discord Voice Chat Bot

We have created a Discord bot with Python that is able to listen to users in a voice call, and when prompted by a command, it records the user's audio, transcribes the audio using OpenAI's Whisper, generate a response using GPT-3, generate text to speech using the Uberduck API, and then finally send an the response audio back into the Discord voice call. While we think there is room to improve our implementation of the project, we think that it has quite a few uses, from voice call moderation, to accessibility and more. We plan on continuing to develop the project to a more polished state, where it can be reliably used in other discord servers.

Stable CAD Generator

Our project is an Innovative CAD generator using the Stable Diffusion module. It classifies the given image using tensorflow's MobileNetV2,after the image is successfully identified it passes it on to the Stable Diffusion API which generates a CAD/Blueprint based on the MobileNetV2's classification. This can solve the design problem of many people who work in engineering and architecture or anything relating to design, even though our main focus is on CADs. This can also be used as an educational tool in universities.We also plan on developing it further , for now this is only a prototype, its full potential is yet to come. Ask Quran

Our goal is to develop a system that can take documents in any language and allow users from different parts of the world with different languages to interact with those documents. This can help spread knowledge without any language barrier. We are first testing it out with Quranic text, which is in Arabic, and building a chatGPT-style bot for question answering. In future, we would like to expand it to additional documents in any language. We first perform embedding of the text using Cohere's multilingual embed model and save those embeddings in a vector database, Pinecone DB in our case. We then take user queries and also embed them and perform a similarity-based search to provide the most relevant results based on the query. The app is currently deployed and publicly available. The system is composed of a web client built using React and a server that provides centralized access to Cohere. The key component of the application is Cohere, which is used to analyze user questions, match them with relevant sources in the dataset, and generate responses. The Embed endpoint of Cohere is utilized to analyze and compare questions, while the Generate endpoint is used to generate responses and improve the custom Cohere model. The dataset used by the bot has also been partially augmented using Cohere's Generate endpoint, allowing for continuous training and refinement of the model.

Working on the website: > once the website loads, the user inputs the URL of the website to be analyzed > this website is parsed using Beautiful Soup to gather the meaningful text content available on the page > this content is passed to the OpenAI text-davinci-003 model as a prompt and a summary is generated for the same > this summary is read out to the user using Azure in natural human tone > next, the website is again parsed using Beautiful Soup with the aim to download relevant images on that website > these images are then analyzed using Google Cloud Vision API and feature labels describing the prominent objects/contents of that image are generated > these labels are passed as a prompt to the OpenAI text-davinci-003 model and a meaningful sentence is generated which describes the images > the prompt already includes a set of sample labels and outputs that the model can use to understand the format of the desired output. > the image description generated in the above step is then read aloud using Azure. For Redis: Redis caches URL results for up to 3 hours, if URL exists in cache, output is displayed/read aloud. Otherwise, website is processed for new output. Results are removed after 3 hours for possible content changes. It allows for fast data access making it suitable for high performance use cases. We believe that the cause why many data science projects fail is that are error-prone and long winding data cleaning processes. We are building the tool - tidyAI - for data scientists that automates data preprocessing and cleaning. tidyAI is built on top of an AI agent, which can adapt to the particular challenges present in the data file. The planner detects the mistakes present in the data that might prevent a future analysis or visualization and generates a list of transformations to apply. The executor takes the top transformation and applies it to the dataset. We do not want to take over the job of a data scientist and analyst, we want to free him up from the grunt work, the work he hates to do, so the data scientists can focus on the work that excites them and that provides value: the analysis.

Think Code Interpreter but with multiple models that can be hosted locally or on-premise and your data never leaves your laptop. LLMs enable no-code future. Any person or business with data will be able to interact with it without any coding or hiring an engineer. We believe that the multi-agent paradigm will enable that. In our demo first layer of the system is a non-coding LLM that interacts with the user via chat, when code needs to be written, it passes the task down to StableCode, which is then executed. If there are bugs, agents iteratively fix them until the code is working. In the future agents will be able to code systems of arbitrary complexity.

Easy Scrape - Seamless Conversion from HTML to CSV

This app lets the user automatically scrape websites by letting Stablecode generate JavaScript code to parse a part of the HTML and convert it to a CSV. Here is how our app works: The user enters a URL and the app returns the page's HTML. The user can then tell the AI where the data is located, and Stablecode will then write javascript file to parse the HTML and convert the relevant part into a csv. We are taking inputs from the user, that input will be HTML link that user wants to scrape and parse, we have the option given to user to select an element and write a prompt accordingly to scrap and parse that element from the given HTML link. Stablecode will generate JavaScript code to parse part of HTML and convert it into CSV format. This will help users to scrape websites and get JavaScript code for the selected element as well as the Downloadable CSV format code for the selected element.

LoFi Focus

## Implementation - Built as a Chrome browser extension for ease of use - Uses JavaScript content scripts to analyze webpages and play lofi audio - Leverages AudioCraft's MusicGen AI model to generate the lofi tracks - Polished UI allows easy control over the music generation --- ## Our Custom Model We collected a dataset of original non-copyright lofi music. This gave us access to a large corpus of high-quality training data without any copyright issues. We split the lofi songs into 30 second audio clips and paired each clip with a text prompt describing the mood, instruments, tempo and other qualities of that segment. Examples include "slow chill hip hop beat with mellow piano and vinyl crackle" and "upbeat lofi with energetic drums and warm bassline". We formatted this dataset into the required .wav and .txt file pairs that musicgen_trainer expects. The text prompts would guide the model to learn the nuances of lofi hip hop. We then ran musicgen_trainer on this dataset, configuring it to use the small architecture for optimization purposes. We trained for 100 epochs with a learning rate of 1e-5 and batch size of 4. During training, musicgen_trainer used the audio/text pairs to fine-tune MusicGen on lofi music. The pre-trained weights were specialized to generate high quality lofi given descriptive prompts. After training finished, we saved the best performing model checkpoint.
