At Hunty we aim to change people's lives by helping them get their dream job in the market. To do so, we  help them understand how to succeed in an application process. 

This is a numbers game since for each open process that you get with a recruiter you must apply to various opportunities and it is important  to understand that you shouldn't use the same CV for different job positions, customizing CV for different application processes takes a lot of time. But worry not !! we developed a solution that will help our job seekers  apply to different processes with custom CVs in no time.

When looking for a job, on average a person must apply to 25 vacancies per week to get a single call. The complete process can take up to six months. This is because their resume is not well adapted to the particularity of each vacancy. 

At Hunty We are fighting against unemployment in LATAM and that is why we have created CV Genie, a product based on chat GPT. We are a Colombian employability startup where we help people to get their dream job.

CV Genie is an assistant that automates the process of tailoring resumes to specific job openings. Our product uses the latest technologies to make the process quick and easy, providing users with a persuasive CV that increases their chances of getting hired by recruiters.

we understand what people suffer when applying for a job. in the process of helping more than 4000 people in Colombia and Mexico, we now realise that AI is the tool that can scale the way we help job seekers to millions of people around the world.

Whisper is a general-purpose speech recognition model. It is trained on a large dataset of diverse audio and is also a multi-task model that can perform multilingual speech recognition as well as speech translation and language identification.

GPT-3 stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3 and it is an autoregressive language model that uses deep learning to produce human-like text. It is the third-generation language prediction model in the GPT-n series created by OpenAI. GPT-3 is currently in open beta.

ChatGPT is a large language model trained by OpenAI to generate human-like text in a conversational style. It is a variant of the GPT-3 model, which was specifically designed to be used to generate text in response to user input. The ChatGPT model has been trained on a vast amount of text data, including conversations and other types of human-generated text, which allows it to generate text that is similar in style and content to human conversation. ChatGPT can be used to generate responses to questions, code, make suggestions, or provide information in a conversational manner, and it is able to do so in a way that is often indistinguishable from human-generated text. The initial model has been trained using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), using methods similar to InstructGPT, but with slight differences in the data collection setup. The model is trained using supervised fine-tuning, where human AI trainers provided conversations in which they played both sides—the user and an AI assistant. The trainers would have had access to model-written suggestions to help them compose their responses.
